Terms of Service
These terms apply to custom development projects, Marketplace purchases and maintenance plans.
Services
TCprojects provides strategy, branding, development, digital systems, launch support and technical maintenance. TCprojects is not an investor, venture capital firm or funding provider.
Marketplace purchases
What is included in a Marketplace purchase is defined by that product's listing. Domains, trademarks, source code, business names and third-party accounts are only included where the listing explicitly says so.
Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the currently configured prices. Prices may change. A quoted price for an agreed project remains valid for that project.
Maintenance plans
TCprojects Care plans are billed monthly and cover the items listed for that plan. Work outside the plan scope is quoted separately.
